Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Programme
The St Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program was established in 1984 under the 1984 Citizenship Act, Part 2, Section 3(5). It is one of the oldest CBI Programs in the world & considered to be the “Platinum Standard” of the industry. It was the first nation in the Caribbean to launch a Citizenship Application Management System (CAMS) & to establish an Accelerated Application Process (AAP). Under this program, eligible applicants & their family members can acquire Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizenship, within a period of a few months, upon making a specified quantum of investment in any one of the following categories :
- Donation to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF)
- Donation to the Sugar Industry Diversification Foundation (SIDF)
- Investment in government approved projects (real estate)
Family members eligible to apply along with the main applicant include spouse, dependant children and dependant parents / grandparents.
To be eligible, one is not required to show proof of education, business experience or English language ability. The application process is absolutely confidential with no information being disclosed to third parties. However, all applicants are subject to due diligence checks carried out by the government of St. Kitts & Nevis with the help of world-renowned due diligence organizations. Hence, applicants must ensure that they do not have a criminal background, not been the subject of any conviction in their country of residence / citizenship & be in good health.
Citizens of the following countries may only apply under very limited circumstances

Applications for the St Kitts Citizenship Program cannot be submitted directly to the government of St. Kitts & Nevis. An application must ONLY be submitted through an “authorized agent”. An authorized agent must be appointed by a main applicant to act on their behalf in relation to all matters regarding their Citizenship by Investment Application.
