Further, preliminary sales agreements for the sale of a property cannot be used to apply for citizenship. Also, you cannot apply with the acquisition of property in shares. If you are using foreign currency loans for acquiring a property, then the amount of the loan minus the property sales price must be more than USD 400,000. |
