Do I have to travel to Turkey to acquire my Turkey Citizenship?

As of 1st January 2023, Turkish Citizenship law now allows you to invest only in a single property worth USD 400,000 or more. Further, preliminary sales agreements for the sale of a property cannot be used to apply for citizenship. Also, you cannot apply with the acquisition of property in shares. If you are using foreign currency loans for acquiring a property, then the amount of the loan minus the property sales price must be more than USD 400,000.
