The Irish Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP) remains the most attractive residency program for many HNWI families in the World. Ireland offers 4 pathways to becoming a permanent resident through this program :
1. Enterprise Investment (EURO 1 million for a 4-year term) : Investment in a government approved project, with monies being secured by means of a legal “First Charge” on property for the term of the investment.
2. Investment Fund (EURO 1 million for a 3-year term) : Investment is not secured on assets and are subject to investment performance
3. Real Estate Investment Trusts : EURO 2 million for a 5-year term
4. Endowment (donation) : EURO 400,000
