Business Incubator Stream

The Canada Startup Visa program is a direct to PR program for entrepreneurs looking to immigrate to Canada to launch an innovative business. The program is intended for active and genuine international entrepreneurs who will incorporate & launch their innovative venture in Canada.

In this stream, a Canadian government authorized “Business Incubator” selects and approves applicants to develop a business concept or proposal.

We are directly tied with a Canadian government authorized “Designated Organization”, which is mandated to offer startup business incubation services to international investors who have an innovative idea and want to develop the same into a business in Canada. The business incubator, through its incubation training program, provides the entire gamut of support services to ensure that you are successful in developing your innovative idea into a successful business in Canada. The training program normally lasts for 2 years.

The Designated Organization currently offers a special Startup visa offer at a more accessible cost for Indian nationals. The offer currently remains in place till 31st August, 2021.

Angel Investor Stream

Key Features :

Has many benefits such as faster/easier processing, fewer virtual interviews, and more flexibility in investor group composition
We organize the client investor groups (in groups of 3 investors) and develop a business concept
You will be a minimum 10% – 20% shareholder in the company
We can share innovative business ideas with you. The concepts are designed on an individual basis so that they fit with a clients education, experience and interests
We draw up business plans that satisfy all Canadian immigration law requirements
We sell the business concept to an angel investor
We convince an angel investor to invest CAD 75,000 in the start-up business (as required under law)
We get the “Letter of Support” and “Commitment Certificate” from the angel investor
We prepare and train the applicant for interview with the angel investor
We prepare and submit your PR application to IRCC
We follow up with the Department of progress in processing
We undertake any legal challenge to ensure success for all clients
100% success rate with IRCC

Venture Capital Stream

Key Features :

Fast, simple and straight-forward program
We organize the client investor groups (in groups of 3 – 5 investors) and develop a business concept
You will be a minimum 20% shareholder in the company
We can share innovative business ideas with you. The concepts are designed on an individual basis so that they fit with a clients education, experience and interests
We draw up business plans that satisfy all Canadian immigration law requirements
We sell the business concept to an venture capital investor
We convince a venture capital investor to invest CAD 200,000 in the start-up business (as required under law)
We get the “Letter of Support” and “Commitment Certificate” from the venture capital investor
We prepare and train the applicant for interview with the venture capital investor
Unlike other streams, there is NO PEER REVIEW.
We prepare and submit your PR application to IRCC
We follow up with the Department of progress in processing
We undertake any legal challenge to ensure success for all clients

       REQUIREMENTS
Be between the ages of 20 – 65, depending on the Startup visa stream
Have a net worth of at least CAD 500,000 (main applicant + spouse)
Business ownership or management experience is an asset, but not required
2+ years of post-secondary education is an asset, but not required
Minimum IELTS of CLB 5
Entrepreneur must be active in their venture
Up to 5 people can apply as owners of the venture
The venture must be Innovative. It can be related to any industry, but must be a new and innovative way of doing that business
The innovative idea must be a viable and scalable business idea
Get a “Letter of Support” & “Commitment Certificate” from a designated organization
Bring enough money to settle in Canada
Cannot be inadmissible to Canada due to medical or criminality reasons
